The gates of Hell and its inner circles have always remained a mystery to the Shinigami, they hold very little knowledge of it. As far as they know humans who commit serious crimes are taken to hell either a plus, or becoming a Hollow and being killed. They are impossible to cleanse and cannot be saved, therefore the gates open and impale them upon a spike dragging them into the eternal fires. However pain and torture is not the only thing that goes on down there, instead these Hollows transform into something much more. They are not Arrancar, and they are no longer Hollow. They become Demons, never to walk the human world again and endure nothing but pain and torture. But the Devil himself grew tired of it, he wished for his servants to walk once more, and to reconstruct the world into his liking.
But he needed someone who could fit the role.
That's where Valentia came into play, as a human she killed countless people before she was even eighteen. She would burn down houses and business's killing those she thought were evil and corrupt, trying to make the world a better place. However it had condemned her to hell, and upon death she was instantly dragged to hell. The Devil knew this was the perfect being for his new creation, taken in as his daughter she was granted a new power. She was not turned into a Demon like the rest but instead held a very humanoid appearance, no Hollow hole and no mask. Nothing that indicated she was anything but a human, aside from a very dark and hellish reiatsu. However it could be compressed to a miniscule level. Now she did hold a power, one that allowed her to morph into her Demonic form and release her true power. It was called Transfixion, and by sacrificing a limb she held a power matched only by her fathers.
She was the first of their kind. Mazoku [ Inhabitant of Hell ].
She was given a vial that held a small dose of his blood in it, by dripping it into other Demon's mouths they would become one of them, creating an army that would soon be unleashed on the world. Valentia traveled every circle of hell turning demons into Mazoku and granting them new powers, all under her command and ordered back to her kingdom. Not once did she reveal her own powers to these creatures, they were known only to her and the Devil himself. Over time the Empire grew and so did their strength, with that it was time to release them upon the world. The Devil, who was frozen within Hell and unable to move took a new course of action. By allowing his own aura to spill out over Hell and cover the area it would transform any new spirits into a Mazoku themselves, while Valentia inherited the abilty to open the gates of Hell on a whim. Although it is unknown how exactly the gates open, Soul Society does not send in the Captains knowing the gates could be opened at any time and more could flood out. Now, Valentia had opened them and allowed not only herself, but her minions as well, to escape. They established a very well-hidden base in the human world, the creatures walking among humans as if they fit in perfectly. While some were ordered to destroy cities and end lives, Valentia acted on her own accord. Hiding a terrible power from even her own subordinates. Two new threats began to arise.
The world was slowly disintegrating, and living humans were being condemned to hell, transforming into Mazoku themselves. They were dubbed Murmurs by Soul Society due to having no knowledge on them, but witness to how fast these things spread. Valentia and her base of operations are unable to be found, and with the growing threat of these Demons and the Arrancar, even Hidenseidō is on high alert.
