Hidenseidō ▬ Secret Sanctuary

A school completely designed and created by one lone Vizard stationed outside of Karakura Town, a vast space of land now occupied by a rather large fortress and corridors, a small village surrounding the Pagoda. This is the Hidenseidō, a school much like the one in Soul Society but with a few changes. They are a force located within the Human world, although not affiliated with Soul Society in any way, they will aid the Shinigami should they require it. However that does not mean they will not kill a Shinigami if they endanger or threaten the students, or school itself. Now the main focus of this school is to protect Karakura from any threat whether it was from an Arrancar or Shinigami, they will eliminate it so that their world is not destroyed. The inhabitants of this school are made up of rogue Shinigami, Vizard, and even Arrancar. They are selectively chosen and a complete background check is done on them before they may enter the residence, if they are far too destructive or a risk to them, they will be denied access. This entire Sanctuary is led by Kisho Haruo himself, the Head Captain of Hidenseidō. Leader positions are picked by Kisho himself however they may be challenged should one hold enough skill and strength. The school is split into two parts, the first being the side that harbors Vizard and Shinigami, who follow the same general structure of Soul Society. They are led by nine Captain's, and nine Vice Captain's. The second side is led by nine Arrancar who call themselves Yōkun, or Young Lords. Allied with Kisho and his Captain's they work together to protect the world, however keep to themselves when not in meetings or on missions with the others.

[ Hidenseidō Requirements ]

1. Must be a rogue and not a threat to the Human World

2. All Captain and Yōkun candidates must be at least ML-W in ranking and prove themselves to Kisho himself, Ayame Haruo, not only in power but leadership as well.

3. All races are welcome, however Quincy, Human, and Bounts will have no special sub divisions.

4. Must follow and abide by the Head Captain's orders, and rules if one wishes to remain in Hidenseidō.

5. Rules may be added at will, but all of Hidenseidō members will be informed of the change.

6. You may apply directly in this thread to request a Yokun, Captain, or a Second in Command slot. Please make sure to read the improvement and profile guides first.
