Assistants are like mods-in-training. This means you won't have any powers (except the ability to lock threads). Assistants review profiles, techniques, help out members when they have questions, and offer help when the rest of the staff needs assistance. We're only looking for one or two this round, so please do not be discouraged if we do not promote you. The benefits of being an Assistant are: your own star and staff graphic in the sidebar, pretty name color, pre-approval tag (made by moi), and the ability to help people (cheesy, I know)!

criteria | what we look for in our assistants[/b][/font]

We want maturity and competency above all else. Assistants should be able to follow direction very well and be able to remember our rules after getting into the habit of grading. We expect assistants to ask a multitude of questions from their senior staff members -- in fact, we encourage it. Activity is also a must. We are not afraid to demote inactive people. Also, having the title of a staff member should not be abused in any way. Staff are not better than any other member, and you should have the "we live to serve" attitude :]

All work submitted to the site as a staff member becomes the site's. Should you quit or be removed from staff for any reason, your work will not be taken down (i.e. submitted techs for our lists, guides, etc.) Also, we reserve the right to revoke any gradings you make on other people's submissions. You may not grade your own submitted profiles, techs, etc.

Name: Shinobi though I may change to NUFAN (sounds funny)
Age: 19
Strengths:

• Always willing to listen and accept that I am not always right.
  
• Friendly and easy to get along with
  
• Thorough, both in reading and in the way I do things.
  
• Obedient, so respecting those higher than me isn't a problem.
  
• Unbiased, when subject to the rules, all are equal.
  

Weaknesses:

• Muse, I can easily lose motivation when bored, but music usually helps.
  
• Attention span, I have had ADD ever since I was young, I can't be helped, but I am not as bad as I used to be.
  
• Attitude, I'm hard to annoy, but I do tend to be particularly vicious with my response to hostility.
  
• Spelling, spell check is my friend.
  

Why?!

Why? Yes, I do want to help, and the this is pretty awesome. Everyday I look into the characters being created and I see what can be expanded on, what can be fixed, the potential characters that would help the site grow and become larger. I, of course, can't and don't post because, as a non-staff I don't have the power. I want to help the member's of the site so that they can enjoy their time here which will help the site.

So yeah, I want to help because the site is awesome. =/

Strengths: Im usually very active, and I am a committed individual to my craft. Im a strong reader, and have a good grasp on bleach knowledge and I also am level headed. Most who know me know that I am very easy to get along with, and a very nice person. Im nice, but still strict at the same time.
Weaknesses: My weakness is my lack of knowledge on this sites mechanics for rankling, and improving, This however can be fixed with time and effort.

Why?! Why? Because I love Ami *looks for bear* In a best friend type way and I feel i can in some way or form. Im not that active now, but i'l be about average, so i can lend a hand to the site :D.

Age: 18 (if i didn't put up my age would it be safe to assume I'm under 13?)
Strengths:

I'm artist? I can do graphics pretty decently. Quick learner, good listener, excellent leader but follows the chain of command. I'm online too much in one way or the other. For instance If I'm not lurking the site on a com I'm doing it through my phone. Which I learned I'm able to Chat in the Cbox, post, save my word documents (posts) all on my phone, be on msn... I'm pretty much available wherever I am is what I'm getting at. I got the free time... Hmm. I can be a very picky grader or pretty much whatever I'm suppose to be. One of the biggest pluses I think... You can't really have drama with me. ^^ I'm too easy to get along with.

Weaknesses:

The only thing I see is at times I'm slow to do things. Just sometimes ^^; Other that. Anything you guys don't like I'm able to work on.

Why?!

I know you and burr, liked what you guys do and feel the need to be apart of it all. I like to see the site flourish really. And when something is as organized as this, it makes me happy :P *realizes she's simple* Plus I'm bored! sheesh... I need something to keep me busy or I'll like die >.>

Name: Dalj (short for: Dark and light Jester)

Strengths: Very thorough. I get along with most people. Im very active. I can take orders. I dont abuse power.

Weaknesses: Im stubborn when I think Im right. Im bad at coding and things of that nature. I sometimes over think things.

Why?! I want to be a Asst. here because I love bleach and I love reading peoples profiles, and getting to grade them would be a way I can turn my personal interest into a useful service to the site. Also I want to be more active and have something to take up my time. And this would be ideal for it, as its helping people out, and a good way to keep my brain active.

Strengths:

• I can be online more than most, even once school starts because I'll have long breaks between some classes.
  
• If I don't know the answer to a question, I will research it as thoroughly as I can.
  
• I have taken courses in Web Design and Multimedia (Graphics, Animations, 3D-Modeling) and can offer such skills (Still offered otherwise)
  
• Forgiving; Generally a person can push me right over the edge one day, then the next day it will be as if nothing happened

Why?! Hm. One reason would be because I have mostly just been lurking around here, posting here and there, but rarely interacting with others. Would push interacting here up to the top of my priority list.

Another reason would be because I have almost a need to help others. I like to use whatever talents I have to help others and to make them happy.
