I know this isn't a question but I didn't know where else to put it. Anyways, its on the subject of Death Disabled. I'm sort of against the fact that you can get killed in a thread but it doesn't actually affect your character. Say my character kills a PC Hollow, then somehow we meet again? It'll be sort of awkward to rp and act like it never happened to something. I was thinking that you could change the Death Disabled concept to: Not being able to get killed only lethally injured as in unconsciousness or unable to fight anymore but you can't get your limbs ripped off and you can't get killed. It makes more sense than getting killed but you still keep your character.

There are some fights that can only be finished by killing the other person depending on how their styles work. Leaving a character only unconscious and stuff only works when there's such a big gap in strength between the two. Also, a lot of people want/have to fight to aim to kill the other person, but they may not necessarily want to kill them. Hence, Death Disabled.
Just saying that the character won't die and letting whatever happen in the thread is the easiest way to go about it without any complications as I see it.

Yeah but what are you gonna do when you enter the thread with that character again? Act like you never killed them?

Hey Kids! It's Movie TIIIIIIME!!!
The scene unfolds with two combatants in the heat of battle. their thread has been going pretty well, each on what appears to be an even level. Their names are Jim and bob. Jim is a Shinigami and Bob is a Hollow. Suddenly, Jim gains the upper hand and cleaves Bob's mask in half, effectively purifying him. Bob is now considered dead. BUT WAIT. The Thread is Death Disabled. So Bob get's to keep his character. They later run into each other again, an encounter that is impossible since one of them is dead. The plot those two could have had, is ruined.
Another movie comes on. This time, the rules of Death Disabled are different. When Jim gains the upper hand, Bob isn't killed. He is wounded and weak but, considering he can't die, he takes the chance to use garganta to run away so he can get stronger and fight again!
So you see, Getting killed but having it not effect your character make little sense and sort of sours the RP. That is the difference between Enabled and Disabled: The ability to Die.
At least, that's what it's like where I usually RP.
Besides, this is a BLEACH RP. If the situation is right, a purified Hollow can become a Shinigami, much like a "dead" human can. And as is believed with Shinigami, when they die they are merely placed in the cycle of rebirth. You just have to be creative.
Summary: Long story short, you can't die in Death disabled. That literally what the term means.

This shouldn't be an issue. If you start a thread and attach [ND] or [No Death] to the title, then that means users in the thread cannot be killed. However, if it is a death-enabled thread, then anyone entering it is aware of the risks they are taking. If you don't want to enter a thread you can't die in, don't enter it. Simple as that.

It's not that, I'm saying that when there's a thread saying ND, No Death, in other words Death Disabled yet a fight of some sort occur in the thread. I'm saying that the thread shouldn't end with a death but your character doesn't actually die thus you can still continue rping (which is what many say is death disabled in this site), I'm saying the fight should, if it comes to the point, end with unconsciousness or being unable to fight anymore. Not death.

Perhaps this was my fault for not clarifying death procedures in the rules.
In a ND thread, something that would, in a death-enabled thread, kill the person will only severely injure them to the point of incapacitation. It's sort of an omg-it's-a-miracle-I-lived-after-that-fight sort of deal.
