Soul-Body Separation — This technique allows a Hollow to forcibly extract a living spirit from his/her body. It is usually not used because Hollows tend to go after Pluses, who have no physical or living body to speak of. The soul is still attached by the Chain of Fate and can be saved, but if it is broken then the soul can prevent the Encroachment so long as he/she is placed inside a soulless body or animal
Acidic Touch — Many Hollows have displayed this ability. When a Hollow grabs a Human with their hands, the spot where the person was grabbed is shown to get burned as if acid were poured onto it. These wounds seem to allow the Hollow's reiatsu to seep into the person, causing great pain to the victim. The wounds can heal if given enough time though, and it is unknown if this ability works on Shinigami or other spiritually powerful beings.
High-Speed Regeneration — High-Speed Regeneration is the ability that allows a Hollow to heal most injuries very quickly, with the exception of the destruction of the head or vital organs. Only Menos-class Hollows have demonstrated this ability.
Hollow Shot — Hollow Shot is a blast that some Hollows have been seen using; it appears to be comprised of spirit particles.

Ensanchar (Extend) —[/maroon] This allows the user to forcibly cause their limbs to extend significantly in length before retracting back to their normal size; while this does not increase the strength of the user at all it does temporarily increase range and is best used sparingly to obtain the element of surprise or else to encourage enemies to keep their distance. Initially this can only extend a limb one foot, however those with sufficient mastery of the technique and flexible, supple bodies can perform this technique far more efficiently - potentially increasing the length of their limbs up to ten times. Extending a limb occurs at the same rate as the limb can be moved - for example an arm can be extended in the same time it takes to punch.

Contraiga (Contract) —[/maroon] This technique is the opposite of the Ensanchar technique, instead of increasing the length a limb this technique allows the user to reduce it's size, making limbs shorter or thinner as desired until the limb itself is completely contracted to a smooth surface on the torso, this entire process takes a fraction of a second about half as long as the limb would take to move (e.g. half the time for a punch). This is very useful for getting out of the way of attacks or out of restraints.

Endurar (Endure) —[/maroon] This technique was developed to assist hollows (particularly those lacking speed) in surviving their encounters with hunters. By focusing reiatsu into their mask the incredibly tough bone like covering begins to expand before small slivers break off and cemented to the skin surrounding the mask, this process continues until their entire body is covered in tiny crescent shaped plates of their mask. While there are small gaps in between each plate these do provide significant protection against many forms of attacks and the gaps allow the movement of the hollow's body underneath despite the hard layer, however their flexibility and agility is diminished as a result. Best suited to those hollows that do not use a movement based attacking style such as those using long distance attacks.
Negación (反膜, Counter-Membrane) — Negación fields are used to rescue fellow Hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use it. Negación fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the Menos that created the field. Once that beam of light surrounds a target, it’s over. There was no way to reach those inside it as the Negación field is impenetrable.

Crecer (値高揚, Size Enhancement) —[/maroon] Hollows are known to be of impressive size, some reaching almost as tall as two stories, or almost as tall as a small skyscraper for the Gillian-Class Menos. With this ability, the Hollow will be able to increase their maximum height to up to double their maximum size. With the increased size, physical strength is increased in relation to their increase in size, but their body becomes slower, which makes them easier targets for enemy attacks.

Consumir (使う, Consume) —[/maroon] A select few Hollows are capable of literally devouring anyone (human, Hollow, Shinigami, Vizard, Arrancar, etc.) and absorb the victim’s non-secretive knowledge. Deep secrets may not be learned, but a portion of their power and a single ability that the victim knows, within reason, is consumed. If used on a simple human with no spiritual awareness, the soul of the human must be drawn out of their body somehow, and as the soul is defenseless, the Hollow may proceed to devour the soul. If used on a spiritually aware human, Hollow, Shinigami, Vizard, Murmur or Arrancar, the Hollow must greatly weaken them before they can consume them. Once consumed, the Hollow’s power, force, and spiritual energy is improved, it gains every knowledge that the victim had, and the Hollow is capable of obtaining one ability the victim knows that the Hollow does not within reason.

Bala (虚弾, Hollow Bullet) — Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.
Hierro (鋼皮, Steel Skin) — The hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakut¨ bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual.
Caja Negación (反膜の匪, Anti-Membrane of Negation) — A variation of Negación meant to simulate Negación fields, which are used to punish their subordinates if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it is being used as intended. More powerful Arrancar, namely the Espada themselves, can escape given enough time.
Pesquisa (探査回路, Probe) — Pesquisa is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar.
Sonído (響転, Sound Ceremony) — Sonído is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps.

Devorar (食い殺す, Devour) —[/maroon] An Arrancar is capable of absorbing any individual human, Hollow, Shinigami, Vizard, Murmur, or Arrancar. While this can simply be used on non-spiritual aware humans just like that, spiritually aware humans and the rest must first be greatly weakened. The Arrancar consumes the victim, resulting in a boost of power and a gaining of every bit of non-secretive knowledge that the consumed ever had. When absorbed, the Arrancar is then capable of morphing any part of their body into the form of anyone he or she absorbed, though this form may only be maintained in the darkness. Sunlight forces the Arrancar to morph back into their original form. The Arrancar is capable of learning up to three abilities that the absorbed knew, including Shinigami Kidō and Zanpakutō abilities, and is capable of using said abilities with perfect approximation of the one he or she absorbed. The drawbacks of said abilities affect the Arrancar like normal. Only Arrancar as strong as the Cuatro Espada or higher may even attempt to use this technique after consuming an individual.
Gonzui (魂吸, Soul Inhalation) — A technique known by the Arrancar that allows them to replenish their energy and power. The Arrancar would inhale deeply and as they do, the souls of all humans within an immense radius of the user with no spiritual awareness will leave their body and quickly travel to the user. The Arrancar would proceed to suck in those human souls, significantly increasing his or her size, power, force, and spiritual energy, while being content from the devouring of souls. Humans with even the smallest fraction of spiritual awareness are not effected, though weaker humans with spiritual awareness would be barely affected, resulting in a feeling great fear, complete loss of energy and even loss of consciousness shortly after.
[maroon]Bala Rapida (虚弾銃連射, Hollow Bullet Rapid Fire) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Bala known by the Arrancar. With this addition, the Arrancar is capable of shooting out the Bala at machinegun speeds, with a miniscule delay between each shot, unlike the original Bala, though the speed is the same as the original Bala. With this, the Arrancar can shoot a barrage of Balas in rapid succession, where with weaker Arrancar the delay is half a second between shots, while with the stronger, the delay is mere milliseconds.
[maroon]Bala Fuerte (虚弾乗羃弾, Hollow Bullet Power Shot) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Bala known by the Arrancar. With this addition, the Arrancar is capable of shooting out the Bala, only the Bala’s size is vastly increased, increasing the strength and the hit radius of the bullet. The bullet retains its original speed that it can reach, while the size of the bullet can be increased up to twenty times the original size, under the user’s discretion. Strength of the bullet, as well as the normal delay between each shot, is increased in relation to the increase in size of the bullet.
[maroon]Bala Francotirador (虚弾狙撃兵弾, Hollow Bullet Sniper Shot) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Bala known by the Arrancar. With this addition, the Arrancar is capable of shooting out a smaller-sized Bala at a greatly increased speed, much faster than the speed that the original Bala can travel at. The bullet’s speed is increased from its usual twenty-fold in relation to Cero; the speed of the bullet is two hundred times faster than a Cero, increasing strength of the bullet dramatically, yet creating an immense delay before a next shot can be attempted, approximately thirty times longer than the usual delay. The bullet decreases in size to that of the user’s finger, yet depending on the strength of the Arrancar, the resulting hole can range in size from a small if lethal wound, to a huge, gaping hole. Only Espada level (Arrancar and Vizard as strong as the Espada) may even attempt to use this technique.

Bala Explosivo (虚弾爆発的弾, Hollow Bullet Explosive Shot) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Bala known by the Arrancar. With this addition, the Arrancar is capable of shooting out a normal Bala at usual speeds and usual strength, though with a different result when the Bala hit’s a solid object. As well as acting like a simple Reiatsu bullet, upon impact, the Bala will explode out like a grenade instead of going right through if the user is strong enough to make it do so, sending out a deadly blast of concussive force all around the area where the Bala hits. The delay until the next shot is increased ten-fold.

Cero Metralleta (無限装弾虚閃, Infinite Ammunition Hollow Flash) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Cero, however only Vizards and Arrancar know it. Unlike normal Cero, where the user simply fires a single shot at a time, this ability allows the user to fire a barrage of Cero at the target. Treating the ability like a normal Cero, the user fires the Cero at the target like normal, except as the Cero is fired, instead of the shot being a single Cero bolt, a barrage of smaller Cero bolts are shot out. The barrage can cover a larger range as the direction of the barrage can be changed as they’re being fired, though the Cero bolts are smaller in size than a normal Cero, and each Cero is only one fourth as strong as a normal one.
Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光, Royal Hollow Flash) — An immense improvement to the original Cero, however only Arrancar at the Espada level may use this Cero variation. By mixing their Arrancar blood with their Cero, the result turns out into a Cero of massive strength, much greater than the normal Cero could ever become, to the point where the Gran Rey Cero is capable of disturbing the fabric of space. Strength of the Cero increases, as well as speed, and the color of the Cero changes to the unique color of the user. The Gran Rey Cero itself spins like a razor and constantly compresses and decompresses as it flies out due to the sheer speed and raw power. The strength of the Cero increases twenty-fold with this ability.
Cero Oscuras (黒虚閃, Dark Hollow Flash) — A gargantuan improvement to the original Cero, however only Arrancar at the Espada level may use this Cero variation while in their released form. The Espada’s fully-powered Black Cero, this Cero takes the appearance of a black wave of spiritual energy. The Cero covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. The range of the attack is incredibly vast, and the attack power is immense. To get the idea of how large the range is, it's strong enough to destroy half of the dome over Las Noches. The strength of the Cero increases thirty-fold with this ability.

Menor Resurrección (Lesser Resurrection) —[/maroon] This allows the Arrancar to partially unseal their Hollow abilities within a part or the whole of a
single limb. Even partially releasing the seal will result in a pulse of spiritual power equal to the full Arrancar's full Resurrección, alerting those who are capable of sensing this to their presence. If the seal is ripped away by the user, it can expand outward in a 360 degrees circle with a powerful force, but that is ideal only for a last resort, as it would completely drain the user of any and all strength. Most use it to only lure in opponents.

Sereno (Serene) —[/maroon] As an Arrancar the user has managed to stabilise their own reiatsu and reduce their need to consume souls. However other minus souls - such as the Menos, Gillian, Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde - do not have such benefits; this technique was developed to assist the user in pacifying their inferiors and gaining minions. This is done by projecting a portion of the user's own reiatsu to their surroundings, this release of spiritual pressure while small is constant however the size of the pacified area is proportional to the amount of reiatsu they have. All minus souls within the area who are not Arrancars are provided with a 'buffer' of sorts as the area assists in stabilizing their reiatsu this assists in controlling hunger. While other Arrancars in the area do not need such a buffer, their presence act's as a form of repeater, resulting in a similar pacified area forming around each.

Sustracción (Subtraction) —[/maroon] This technique was developed by a particularly bitter and twisted Arrancar who had a love of irony. Tired of being hunted and having his minions destroyed by Quincies, he created a technique similar to the Shinigami Konso or Soul Burial that would lead to the target's hollowification. By inserting their own reiatsu into the target it would become highly instable and lead to hollowification. This technique works on any living being that is near death or with little reiatsu remaining and whose reishi manipulation abilities are exhausted; or on any plus soul which has not had a Konso performed.

Atracción (Attraction) —[/maroon] This technique requires that the user be able to have used Pinta (Marking) on the target either prior to use or at the same time. The user must make physical contact with the target while exerting a small amount of reiatsu, a faint triangle is inscribed on the target location. This new triangle is now the focus for subsequent energy based long range attacks, with reiatsu and other energy diverting their course towards the marking automatically, these energy attacks are able to continue to change their direction for five seconds; while they are able to change their direction multiple times, like a boat in the water they do so incrementally - curving through the air.
If the marking for Atracción is not in the same location as was touched for Pinta then both marks remain very faint triangles in their original locations. If an attack is successfully attracted by the triangle then the effect of Atracción will be destroyed on contact with the attack. If this is on the same location as the triangle for Pinta then one of the Triangles will point upwards and the other downwards, the two will rapidly darken to have a black outline and cannot be removed by the target but will fade as soon as the target and the user remain at least ten miles apart for more than twenty four hours. Also attacks successfully drawn in using Atracción will no longer destroy the triangles, with the markings seeping through any destroyed surface to the underlying layer.

Cero (虚閃, Hollow Flash) — Cero is a highly powerful and relatively swift energy blast that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently and forcefully. Cero also requires some time to be used effectively, so the enemy must be either not moving or busy with something else, or too badly wounded to even simply dodge it, with the exception of a few Cero techniques and users. Additionally, there exists quite a number of variations of Cero, which are usually unique to the Arrancar using it.
Garganta (黒腔, Black Cavity) — Garganta is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Raptar (Abduct) —[/maroon] This technique allows the user to transport things when using Garganta or Negación. This was originally developed as a means by which a hollow could quickly abscond back to Hueco Mundo with their prey before they had devoured it - a skill needed to avoid being interrupted by hunters. This technique requires that the user be in physical contact with the target. If contact is broken during transit then the user and the target will both be transported, however when appearing at the destination they may be seperated by significant distances, even many miles.
Cero Doble (重奏虚閃, Heavy Performance Hollow Flash) — A major improvement to the original Cero known by Hollows, Vizards, and Arrancar. When an opponent uses Cero on the user of this ability, the user is capable of absorbing all of that Cero as it nears their body. The Cero then mixes in with the user’s own spiritual energy, making the Cero even more powerful than it first was, and then can be shot back at a target. The user may not absorb Cero of strength above their own, and if the user succeeds in absorbing the Cero, the Cero increases in strength according to the user’s rank. A user can only use Cero Doble once per battle.
[maroon]Cero Sincrético (融合虚閃, United Hollow Flash) —[/maroon] An improvement to the original Cero known by Hollows, Vizards, and Arrancar. In order for this to work, there must be two or more Hollows, Vizards, or Arrancars working together in unison. The gathered individuals will bring out their Cero as a ball in front of their bodies, and then each would merge the Cero into a single ball of swirling energy. Then, the individuals must mutually shoot the Cero at a target that they all agree upon. If a mutual agreement is not reached soon, the Cero will explode right in their faces with disastrous results. The strength of the Cero is determined by adding up the strength of Cero that each individual can create without aid.

Duplicado (複製, Duplicate) —[/maroon] A very handy ability that Hollows, Arrancars, and Vizards can utilize to their advantage. With this ability, the user literally rip out of their own body multiple copies of themselves. The copies have a complete tangible form, know everything that the original knows and has identical skills and abilities. The user’s strength must evenly be distributed to each body, and if the original user is killed, then the copies disappear. This means the user's total strength is divided evenly by how many copies (including the original in the sum) there are.

Multiplicar (掛ける, Multiply)[/maroon] — An improved version of an ability that Hollows, Arrancar, and Vizards are capable of using. The user literally rips out clones of him or herself from their own body, only instead of splitting their spiritual energy evenly to all clones, only a very small portion of the user’s energy is given to each clone, allowing for many more clones to be made at a time. The user is capable of absorbing any clone near him to regain power. These clones are extremely weaker than the user, though are given extra abilities. The clones are capable of absorbing any non-spiritually aware human and may take their exact form, even going as far as disguising their spiritual energy to be the exact same as the absorbed human’s, they may detonate near a target, dealing damage to the victims surrounding it, and the user is capable of seeing and hearing everything his or her clones hear. If the original user is killed, then the copies disappear.

Espiga (花穂, Spike) —[/maroon] Able to be utilized by Hollows, Arrancars, and Vizards as both an offensive and defensive ability. This ability allows them to grow deathly-sharp spikes in any area of their body in proportion to their size. Hollows are capable of growing spikes of impressive sizes on their body, while Arrancar and Vizards are capable of growing smaller spikes over their Hierro (Steel Skin). These spikes can improve or deter melee attacks, and can be used as makeshift armor, though strong attacks can shatter the spikes easily.

Velar (Veil) —[/maroon] Focusing their reiatsu into a thin sheet-like surface the user can either keep it in a certain position or cause it to swirl in the air around them as if on the surface of a sphere. While extremely thin and barely opaque, the sheet can be used to block the effects of those techniques that are contact based before they can contact the user. It can also be used to help in detecting attacks when the sheet is torn (although it can be repaired easily enough). Being so thin it provides very little resistance and initally the user will struggle to form sheets larger than their chest - however as their control over their abilities increases so too will the size of the sheet they can form, until it encompasses them. A user must train extensively to be able to cover their entire body and keep the sheet up for more than one attack of an equal rank.

Compresión (Compression) —[/maroon] By creating a layer of reiatsu around any other reiatsu construct, such as another technique; the user is able to exert pressure from all sides, forcing the size to decrease. This can be useful in making techniques that are more potent, if smaller. As the user's control over reiatsu increases so too does their ability to compress it.

Rotación de la Energía (Energy Rotation) —[/maroon]This technique causes the energy manifestation it is used on to swirl in a single or multiple directions, this causes the surface of the energy to move rapidly, making contact more hazardous. Increases the piercing strength of attacks, however this occurs by concentrating their energy in the target area, reducing the diffusion of energy through the target, which serves to reduce the blast radius of different techniques as a result; the degree of piercing and damage are directly in competition, however the user can significantly increase or decrease the amount of rotation in the energy. A by-product of learning this technique is the ability to reduce movement of energy (thus rotation) in energy manifestations, this facilitates creating more stable techniques.

Vibración de la Energía (Energy Vibration) —[/maroon]This technique causes the energy manifestation it is used on to fluctuate and oscillate, this causes the surface to vibrate wildly, making contact more hazardous. Increases the potency of attacks, however reduces their ability to pierce through defensive techniques as a result; the degree of piercing and damage are directly in competition, however the user can significantly increase or decrease the amount of vibration in the energy. A by product of learning this technique is the ability to reduce fluctuation and oscillation (thus vibration) in energy manifestations, this facilitates creating more stable techniques.

Sólido Cielo (Solid Sky) —[/maroon] This technique allows the user to concentrate their reiatsu into the air below them, providing it with a measure of firmness that resists the descent of anything above it, such as the user. The heavier an object and the longer it is suspended the more reiatsu is required to slow it's descent - however with more reiatsu and better control it is possible to completed stop the descent, as if standing on solid ground.

Berrear (Bellow) —[/maroon] By forcing reiatsu into their lungs and through their vocal chords the user emits a load yell which is amplified heavily and forced in a straight line, the result is a wave of vibrations with enough force to resist incoming attacks. Those techniques that are highly complex may weaken significantly, while those that are highly concentrated or explosive may detonate. The more reiatsu in the technique the more difficult it is to destroy.

Mudar Cuero (Shed Skin) —[/maroon] With this technique the user focuses reiatsu into their skin, increasing it's thickness imperceptibly. When the time is right the user is able to create tear's in the outermost layer of skin that allow them leave it behind quickly, these tears quickly repair themselves. If timed correctly and used in conjunction with techniques such as Sonído the user is able to use this technique for incredibly realistic decoys. With sufficient mastery the technique can be performed faster and even allows the skin to be manipulated like a puppet for a short time.

Oscurecer (Obscure) —[/maroon] This technique is used to hide the user's reiatsu by doing one's best to suppress it and prevent any spiritual 'noise' caused by reiatsu as it leaves the user's control, therefore those with stable reiatsu such as Arrancar are better suited to it's use. By minimizing the pulses or fluctuations in their reiatsu the user becomes more difficult to detect using spiritual detection methods. However it is important to note that unless care is taken to make the user themselves more difficult to sense (such as being spotted or heard) hiding their reiatsu is of little benefit, therefore it is a technique that is best used in conjunction with other skills to minimize detection such as camouflage.

Afilar (Hone) —[/maroon] The user focuses their reiatsu into one of their senses, temporarily increasing how sensitive they are. For example, when used on the eyes this allows the user to enhance their vision, seeing further and with more clarity, while if used on the ears it allows the user to hear a wider range of frequencies and at lower volumes. While more skillful users may be able to enhance more than one sense at a time with sufficient practic,; doing so will result in headaches and even migrains making prolonged use impossible.

Pinta (Marking) —[/maroon] This technique allows the user to mark a certain target, such as an enemy, with their own reiatsu through either physical contact or contact with their reiatsu. This marking causes a faint white triangle to appear on the targetted location. This marking can then be detected much more easily by the user anywhere within ten miles as a unique blend of their own and the target's energy signatures. While the amount of energy to perform this technique is actually quite negligible, if the target is aware of the marking, they can remove the marking by either severing whatever it is inscribed on (such as the arm) or else using twice as much reiatsu as was used to inscribe it; therefore it may be beneficial for the user to use more reiatsu to inscirbe the marking than needed. The number of markings a user is able to maintain at once will depend on their ability to concentrate, however two such markings would be common for someone who has just learned this technique. Once the marked target has traveled more than ten miles away from the hollow, the marking will fade after an hour of keeping distance.
