SHIKAI: Name: Ekōzu no koe ;; Voice of echoes Spirit Description: Inner World: Type: Wind/ Pressure
Call Out Phrase: kikaseru ;; sing
Shikai Appearance:
Ekōzu no koe is two dual fan blade weapons. When folded the edges can be used as a weapon as a means to defend.
Shikai Abilities:
Hauringuekō ;; Howling echo
With a swipe of her fans or fan, wind builds up, and then pressurizes as it is released into a giant tornado, that tunnels at the opponent in a horizontal fashion , however this tornado will not suck the opponent in of engulf them, it will attempt to pierce them. The tornado is launched horizontally, meaning it is flipped when unleashed. The attack moves at speed comparable to cero. The size can be found here 1:16 (Note this is for the size only, the attack however is not unleashed vertically, but horizontally. Also Hauringuekō will cause severe cutting damage and it can blast right through weaker type attacks. Opponents weaker or lower than Yui will receive severe cutting damage as well as possible loss of limbs. Opponents the same rank receive moderate cutting damage, and have a slight chance of being dismembered. Opponent 1-2 ranks higher receive minor cuts/gashes, and there is no chance of dismemberment. A full three ranks above Kumiko and the attacks bare no effect.
Kyōshin ekō ;; Resonating echo
Kyōshin ekō emits a high frequency that disputs the flow of reiatsu in a 10 meter space. This frequency will be heard as a loud screech that pierce the air with's it's shrilling cries. By distorting the reiatsu around that said area attacks can be broken down to nothing quickly and effectively. However it goes without saying that Yui herself cannot utilize reiatsu based techniques while using Kyōshin ekō herself. Kyōshin ekō is able to effectively break down attacks that bare relative strength to a level 55 kidou spell. The time frame for how long she can keep the frequency active is as followed. 2 seconds drains a total of 4% of her reiatsu, 4 seconds 6%, and 6 seconds 8% Kyoku o ekō ;; Echoing song
By rapidly spinning the wind around her she can raise it to a high pressure causing it to rapidly spin around her to create a dome like structure capable of shielding her from attacks. This dome made of shearing wind that is capable of successfully defending against attacks that bare a resemblance in power to a level 55 kidou, and Kyoku o ekō also inflicts damage similar to that of Hauringuekō, disregarding the dismembering part.

This is my first time doing this, so I apologize if anything I say is questionable. These are things I asked myself when reading. Appearance - It is to my understanding that dual wielding wasn't okay for swords and daggers. It was covered in Empty's second post Here. However bladed fans do seem more similar to Kazeshini in comparison. Wait for Empty's call though, of course. Hauringuekō - - How big is a "giant tornado?" Can it be compared to something on the Tornado Scales? Smaller? Larger? - Does it move when used or does it stay where it was created? - Whats the speed of the wind and if it moves, how fast does it travel? - Can this technique be used over and over against? Kyōshin ekō - - Is there a length of time in which she can emit this frequency? - Does this effect all things meeting the criteria? Lets say you have two people firing Hadou 31 at you, it breaks up both? Kyoku o ekō - - You describe it as a dome, so:

Dual fans are no problem - daggers/swords are not allowed because of the directly applicable rule from the manga that ONLY two dual type swords (and this has been extended to all such blades of similar design including daggers) exist. However other dual type weapons including Hisaragi's weird bladed cross weapon exist.

- Speed, size, and a more deatiled description added.
- Time period added. Also yes, it's a shakkaho which is level 31, so it'll be broken down as well.
- Umm it's a dome, so of course I would be susceptible to damage targeted below. And again a dome, so yeah...it's not a sphere, it's a dome.
ALL EDITS MADE AND ADDED

If you are looking to use her appearance (not just the fan's but the character) you will need to face claim
Hauringuekō >> What is a "weaker type attack" which can be 'blasted through'? For an idea about the comparison you might wish to suggest something like "can completely cancel out (and is cancelled out by) and attack of similar power to a #55 Hadou or a Cero performed by someone of the same rank" with an opponent's stronger attack being diminished by that same amount of force (e.g. a #100 hadou would likely still packa huge amount of damage after your attack but a #56 one would be almost powerless), while your tornado's attack power after overwhelming an opponent's weaker attack is diminished by the power of their attack (e.g. a #1 hadou would likely have little effect on the power of your attack but a #50 one WOULD).
Kyōshin ekō >> How quickly are these attacks broken down? (at the moment it seems near instantaneous which given the fact that it neutralises #55 is too quick) A #1 Hadou is likely to take significantly less time to effect than a #55 one... Does it matter how quickly the attack is travelling? >> What happens if an explosive or otherwise hazardous attack is broken down? Does it detonate?
Kyoku o ekō >> How large is the dome? From the animation I am assuming about as far as she can reach with her fans? >> Does she have to spin to perform the technique?
