Alright guys so it's been a longgg discussion in the staff chat, I finally came to a decision (about time lolll) so here they are:
1. Aizen and Yamamoto are now Staff-controlled, no one holds sole ownership over them.
2. Current non-deceased canons no longer claim a Major slot, UNLESS you give them a Captain or Espada position. We do this not only to allow for OC's to progress, but to get all our living canons taken, and playing. You will also be limited to 1 canon (plus a minor) despite it not taking up a Major slot, I don't want one member with all of the canons at their disposal.
3. Minor canons (such as the Karakura humans) may now have custom made abilities, however must be gained IC.
4. Hidenseido leaders are allowed to made off the (I believe that is already in the rules) and have a max starting rank of ML-W. They do not claim a major or minor slot.
5. Not really a change, but we're currently re-writing our profile to make it more coherent, and less confusing. Rules (aside from the ones mentioned above) remain the same.
6. I'm going to allow the 11th Division Captain begin with dual swords (it is a melee division, after all).
