Boosting.
Just as Shinigami are allowed to boost to Lieutenant/Captain Level, Hollow/Arrancar to Espada Level and others to Hiden officer positions, Everyone will be allowed a single (1) character boosted to teacher/Level 5/Level 4 for The Academy.
First, I would like to point out that teachers can be level 4 or Level 5 (I would prefer they go with the suggested Levels listed in The Academy Guide. Level 4s start at AL-S and Level 5s at ML-W. Level 4s get 6 Human abilities at the start (Or +2 onto their current character) and Level 5s get 7 Human Abilities (Or +3 onto their current character).
The Mastery improvements are the same as the other races (Look at the profile guide). You may barter improvements in exchange for other improvements with staff.
I would like to point out that The Academy is different from the other factions (Shinigami and Arrancar); positions aren't based on just strength, but also ability control and academic knowledge. On top of that, those boosting Human characters should understand that their character is on the line between Level 4 and Level 5. If your character fails to prove themselves worthy of either Level, they will be demoted. Also, keep in mind that there are a limited number of Teacher/Level 4/Level 5 positions. If they fill up, any characters made afterward will be Level 3 and have to prove themselves more worthy than the current Level 4 and Level 5. Teachers don't count towards the limit.
The ID Card.
1. Name: The full name of the character
2. Gender: The recognized gender of the character, by the academy.
3. Age: The recognized age of the character.
4. Level:
5. Grade:
6. Occupation:
7. Specialty:
When you first make an Academy student, or make a character an Academy student, they will need to add an ID card to their profile. OoC, the card looks like the above and can be found inThe Academy Guide. IC, the card is a small card about the size of your average trading card. It looks something like this;
It is made out of a rather durable plastic. The only difference between the student cards and teacher cards is the lack of a grade listed and the coloring. The Teachers’ cards are colored according to level (3 = Green, 4 = Orangish, 5 = Redish, Other = Goldish) ~ The Students are colored according to grade and whether they are level 5 (Level 5s = Redish, Daycare Tier = Light Blue, Elementary Tier = Light Yellow, Lower Secondary Tier = White, Upper Secondary = Black). All Level 0’s have a light pink/purple ID card, regardless of their grade or professions.
1. The first thing listed is the character’s name. The name listed should be the legal name of your character. This includes any nicknames and any second, third, etc last names.
2. Students can choose to have their actual gender shown on a card, but the other option is for “N/A” to appear in that slot. All faculty cards display the most accurate information about the professor, however.
3. The character’s age…
4. 0 – 5+, as is explained in The Academy Guide
5. Grade are also explained in The Academy Guide. Professors obviously do not list a Grade. If a student excels in the intelligence or ability parts of The Academy’s educational system, there might be two grades listed. The first is their Grade level when it comes to basic human knowledge (Science, Math, Social Studies, Reading) and the second number is their Grade level for The Academy’s Ability courses.
6. Students with abilities made to do so can apply to work on campus in a variety of occupations. These jobs are listed below. Level 4 and 5 students and students in the upper levels of the ability section of The Academy may apply to teach classes at The Academy.
7. Generally, this is the type of ability your character has as compared to what The Academy has archived as common ability types. The card will usually list a subtype. Specialties and Subtype Specialties can be found below.
The card can sustain damage from techniques as strong as Level 45 Kido. If destroyed, The Academy student must immediately acquire a new one. While on campus (Not in the dorms) and while near campus, students are expected to wear their IDs. The campus provides various clasps and devices to ascertain that the ID remains fixed to a piece of clothing. As long as the ID can be seen, it can be worn anywhere on the body.
Housing.
The types of housing each Level of student gets can be found listed on the Housing description in The Academy Board. Professors either live in apartments near The Academy or in single or doubles in the Main Building of The Academy. Regardless of where a student or Professor stays, all housing related posts are placed in The Housing board. Students can choose other students to be their roommates, if they like. I guess they can also have a npc roommate.
Occupations.
The following is a list of occupations that a student or professor might find interest in. Students cannot be Professors, and Professor positions are listed on The Academy Guide. The “Teacher” occupation refers to the case In which a student wishes to teach a class. If they fail to do the job properly, they will be immediately fired and replaced. Those with ‘*’ next to their names can only be applied for by Upper Level Students or Level 5s. PM me with any suggestions for more occupations.

Specialties:
These are the Specialties currently recognized by The Academy. I may have missed some ideas, so PM me with suggestions. Generally, students will list a SubType, but if their abilities range between multiple SubTypes, it will be easier to name the main type. The more SubTypes a human has access to, the more difficult it should be for them to train in each Subtype. So if a human has access to Fire and Water Manipulation, it should take more training to master both areas than it should for someone with only one of them to Master it. I would say it should take even longer than it takes for individual people to master in each combined. To have abilities that range between different main types; First it has to be a logical matchup, and then each main type should both be difficult to master as well as weaker in comparison to someone aiming for a single main type, or even more so – someone mastering in just a single subtype.
