Alright so with the changes to the site and the soon to be influx of profiles, we're gonna need some extra help. What are we looking for? One MODERATOR and two JUNIOR MODERATORS. The Juniors will have a chance at progressing to mod status and we are going to be a bit picky. I'll list what we're looking for.

Please note that if we find you are unfit for the role and cannot handle the responsibility we will remove you from the staff team, you will be welcome at the site but as a regular member. - Profile, Tech, and Improvement moderations.
- Professional and mature.
- Friendly and helpful.
- Knowledge of proboards functions, such as moving and locking threads (not that hard).
- Capable of taking criticism and help when given.
- Handling problems or unruly members in a professional and mature way.
Junior Moderator
- Grading and stamping profiles, techniques, and improvements with a preapproval.
- Locking threads.
- Professionalism and maturity.
- Capable of taking criticism and help when given.
- Working as a team with other staff members.
- Handling problems or unruly members in a professional and mature way.
