Rinkotsu could tell that Yuri was adamant about her plans, strongly wanting to be of more help to her squad and the people around her. Rinkotsu almost felt determined to do the same thing with the way she was talking about it. He couldn't help but hope that she reaches her goals and be able to do the things she wants. Yuri added on to her previous statement though and Rinkotsu knew there was something special going on. He could almost feel how strongly she wanted to become a captain. It was a little intimidating for him honestly, never once having a goal that he so strongly wanted to achieve.

It seemed that Yuri was going to go and grab her comrades to come and get their groceries. Rinkotsu set the bags he was carrying down and took a seat, resting his legs which were tired of walking and wanted to relax. Yuri was very good hearted and it seemed that when she cared about something it was a deep kind of conviction. It made him smile, he wasn't sure why but it did and he was happy to have met her today. "She's something else." Rinkotsu said quietly to himself as he waited for her to return.

In fact, Yuri made him want to strive harder to reach his own goals even. He knew what he wanted to do and he had been working towards his goals but never as strongly as he could. He felt a little inspired at the moment and he didn't know if it would pass or be a lasting effect but either way it would help in the long run. Rinkotsu began to whistle a little tune to himself as he sat, awaiting Yuri and her friends.

He really wanted to leave at this point and go do something, not even sure what but he wanted to just go and do something entertaining. However he told himself he needed to just wait for Yuri to get back, trying to calm his impulses. He sometimes hated the fact that he couldn't behave the way he really wanted to but he also knew it was for the better. He felt that by being something he wasn't he was actually protecting people and that reassured him a little. Rinkotsu focused on his whistling, hoping Yuri would be back soon.

A couple minutes later Yuri was back with a group of girls ranging in age from young to old. She pointed each of them to what they had requested and as they grabbed for their items they made sure to bow and thank Rinkotsu. “Thank you, Yuri, you’ve saved us a lot of time.” “Yea!” “Don’t forget to think this guy here!” were the things said as the girls came and left. In just a couple seconds they were mostly all back in the building working again, that is except Yuri and a young girl.

The young girl had black hair tied into a bun, covered in a greenish cloth. The lighting made her hair appear a purplish and her eyes were clearly brown. She was holding the bag Yuri was holding just moments before. Besides the familiar bag, the next most noticeable features were the dark color under her eyes and the lieutenants badge on her left arm. “Peaches are my favorite! Thank you Sayurin. I apologize for giving you time off and bothering you still” The girl exclaimed joyfully, only negated by the obvious bags under her eyes. “Don’t worry about it, it was my pleasure Lieutenant Hinamori,” she said as she bowed to her squad officer. Momo turned and walked up to Rinkotsu, bowing and thanking him before swiftly walking away. She turned to both unseated Shinigami and told them, “I’m so sorry to leave so soon, but there’s still a lot of work to be done.” Momo hugged the bag of groceries real quick, bowed to them and went back towards the building.

“Thank you for the assistance.” Yuri was now standing in front of Rinkotsu, hands crossed behind her back and a smile on her face. “I probably wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.” She bowed to him, thankfully. She wasn’t sure if she should just end It right there, she knew she would see him again, but also knew that it was rare for her to talk so much with another like they did. Then a brilliant thought ran through her head, well, not as brilliant as it was formulated out of pure stubbornness. ‘He was the last one to ask a question.’ The competitive side of Yuri’s personality sparked again just as it did when she met the guy. To her, Rinkotsu asked the first question and now the last; she had to ask the final question, at the least, so to balance out the number of questions initiated in their conversation. As this was running through her head, she was staring up at Rinkotsu with an expression that displayed annoyance. Her eyes shifted upwards to her right as if she was trying to gather a thought and just like that her face lit up with something. “What do you plan to do now?” She asked with curiosity written all over her face.

Rinkotsu watched as Yuri returned from inside her barracks with a group of girls coming to claim their groceries. He watched as they all grabbed their bags and he returned comments to their thanks, "It was no problem." "Always happy to help." He said to the girls before they quickly made their way back to complete whatever tasks they had been in the middle of. Rinkotsu noticed there was one girl left behind with Yuri, identifying her once he saw her and connected the face to the name.

Rinkotsu had seen Momo several times before but he could tell that she was really working herself to the bone. She had a much brighter glow to her and the bags under her eyes were non existent when he had seen her before the whole charade. She came over and bowed in thanks before heading off with one last comment about needing to return to work.

Rinkotsu looked at Yuri who was now standing in front of him smiling. "It's no problem. Just happy to help, but I'm sure you could manage without me." Rinkotsu said with a small chuckle as he watched Yuri bow to him as well. "However, I probably did save you from another fall or two." He added, once again remembering her crash that had groceries scatted across the ground.

Rinkotsu then noted the expression on Yuri's face, one of annoyance or maybe something else, he wasn't quite sure. It was only there for a moment though as she began to think of something before asking another question. "Well, I'll probably head into the human world for a bit and check some things out. I haven't been there for a while and I just like to check up." Rinkotsu responded, figuring that was his most likely move. "Anyway, I'll be off now. Hopefully we can meet up again sometime." Rinkotsu said before going in to give Yuri a hug, not really sure how she would react to that. He couldn't help it himself, he never was the type of person to give handshakes unless it was expected, he was a hugger.
