Outside of the Haruo Barracks there is a very large circle platform, this area serves as the meeting station for all Captains and Yokuns. Missions and other important matters are discussed here, the Captains make up one side of the circle while the Yokun form the other.

A large multi-floored building near the heart of Hidenseidō itself, all injured residents will be taken here for the proper treatment. Most healers make their home in or around this building, as they are constantly on call should someone be injured.

At the base of the center Pagoda, just off to the right there is a second very large building. This is the training depot for all residents, items such as training dummies and fabricated environments exist within this building. Used to strengthen the members of Hidenseidō, its often populated throughout the day.

Although most who join Hidenseidō are veterans, classrooms still exist. It was created to teach any rookies or up and coming Shinigami and Arrancar the basics of their dominant side, things such as Kidou or Zanjutsu can be taught here. Some veterans even take part in this class, either as demonstrators or to brush up on some extra studies.
