Welcome to Nada Citadel:
The last “paradise” in a wasteland, and the only town left on the map. Just like everything else, it’s tagged with a giant ass“P” for Pravus (3). Everyone knows those nasty dictators, and their midget king, own us, the town, and just about anything else you can do or touch.
You know what’s funny about that? We gave it to them. They saved us from war, and we gave them all the spoils they wanted. We had no problems when their competitors, because they are first and foremost a business, began to disappear. Who cares about some rich snobs? Maybe we should have.
A few years back there was a war. People died, shit blew up, and the region was left nothing but a twisted mockery of its former self. Pravus not only helped to destroy the enemy, a group of psychotic pokemon led by Mewtwo, but also to rebuild the country.
Well, this town anyway, some other idiots tried to fix the barren and scorched land outside. These do-gooder scientists, worked out of some tiny place called Barkwish. Using technology from the ice age they created a "miracle" compound. It was meant to fertilize the land. You know what their “miracle” did? It made it a miracle to be alive. It trapped us in hell, with Pravus. When pokemon come in contact with the stuff they not only lose the ability to think, but the ability to sate their hunger as well . Now it’s almost certain death to go out there. Luckily for us, they can’t get in here. Though, some foolhardy idiots venture out there sometimes, I don’t worry about those poor bastards though.
We have our own monsters. A few months after the war ended, a new “race” was introduced. A race that would surpass humans, and help raise this reason to its former glory. Pravus calls them “Pokemorphs”, we call them the “Shifters”. The freaks are hybrids of us and pokemon. They work in the police stations, purify our water, help power our homes, but live for Pravus. I have a feeling a lot of those competitor folks line their genetically engineered little bellies. If you’re not careful, they’ll kill you too, or throw you to the beasts outside. It makes for a lot of tension in this cramped little town, race riots are dangerous when one side can set shit on fire. If they hurt a few people, who’s going to stop them? The cops? Like I said, they are the cops.
Heck, even though they restricted our rights, and set monsters on us, Pravus has thrown us a few bones. Pokemon battles are still allowed, and Pravus even allowed a new gym system to be instituted. We still have jobs, as long as those Shifters keep their freak paws off of ‘em. So what if I can’t go outside, or my neighbor disappears? It's not my problem.
People riot, kids and pokemon tear each other to bits, neighbors feud, kids are born, people fight, and life goes on.

- There are no requirements in terms of face claim.
- The staff always strives to be helpful
- We have our own original gym, and leveling system,
- Our members are friendly and eager to welcome new comers.
- Where else would you find a most wicked dictator, with the body of a ten year old? Or Caterpies intent on devouring your liver?
