It has been years since the climactic battle between Aizen and Ichigo, a battle that saw the end to the greatest conflict in Soul Society history. With Aizen gone, the Gotei 13 now turned their attention to rebuilding their shattered ranks. Over the following weeks, months and years Soul Society saw vast changes and mysteries. The sudden and unexplained disappearance of what captains they had left was one such mystery and it shook Seireitei to it's core!
The greatest enemies of the shinigami, the hollows and Arrancar, fought for power and control over the great castle Los Noches, seeking to wage war on the weakened Seireitei. Arrancar and traitorous shinigami have seized the throne of the hollow lands, fighting a battle on two fronts to keep their power and break the gates of Seireitei.
But Soul Society was not left defenceless, as noble and strong souls rose from the crowd to fight the monsters. New Captains were born, old Captains returned, the army of Soul Society bolstered with talented shinigami; virtue in their hearts and fire in their will!
Now a new hand threatens to grasp control of all hollow kind and unite it's forces against a Soul Society that has enjoyed peace for the past two years. A battle field would be made out of the Earth, but neither shinigami or hollow are aware of the sentries that rise to protect the land of mortals. Long thought extinct, the Quincy once again let arrows fly into the monsters that preyed on the weak. Normal humans shook the very foundations of understanding as they unleashed strange and bizarre powers. Some sided with the shinigami, recognizing the valiant purpose of the reapers, others cast their lot in with the hollows, relating to the blood lust in their eyes.
