I was wondering say someone like Chad, Orihime or Uryuu died, and they happened to become Hollows or Shinigami's. Would their powers from their previous life stay and would they be stronger than your typical shinigami, Hollow? |

After they went through the academy, they would be stronger. But upon JUST dying they wouldn't be as strong or they would be the same. They'd lose their powers as well. |
