((OC: I'm only introducing a scene in which people can rp at. This will only become a subplot if people ask it to become one. Open to everyone capable of reaching the Human World. No killing and no fighting while on festival grounds (The later might be changed). I apologize if I get any of the festival background information mistaken xD))

Below the calm, clear sky this evening the town of Karakura remains in a state of unrest. You see, it is the Seven of the Seventh month, the traditional day of the Tanabata Festival. Without any signs of rain in sight, the people of this town work together in order to put together a perfect celebration. They all work diligently regardless of whom they are or where they come. Within the shopping district, numerous shops are setting up for the event. The area around the river is being cleared for the customs that would follow the festivities. Over, across the river lie objects that would confuse anyone unfamiliar with their shape and size. These devices are being prepared for the firework shows that would display in the night sky. Everyone is putting their all into this festival for no better reason than because they want to enjoy it.
How couldn’t someone enjoy such an event, especially when it’s coincides with near perfect weather. Up in the sky the stars have begun to show themselves as the few clouds blow in the slight breeze. It is cold for the Summer time, but not too cold. Well, it’s cold enough that a light jacket will be needed, participants in the event may be able to get by wearing traditional garbs. Weather reports have stated that the sky would remain clear throughout the night allowing the dazzling firework displays to show up clearly in the beautiful night sky.
Many people have begun showing up to the location. The high school students have appeared first, probably heading to this place immediately after getting appropriately dressed. The many young women travel about in gorgeous Kimonos usually with a date or a group of friends. The males’ clothing vary in many degrees including formal attire, school uniforms and casual clothing. Children are also steadily making their way into the festival area alongside their parents. They can be seen at each of the stalls either trying to win a game or trying some forms of sweet. The crowds continue to grow and eventually the place is covered in a sea of people. Although it’s a Karakura town event, there are some people here that are not part members of the town. Although most of these unfamiliar persons may be friends, acquaintances or family of those attending the event, there are also those that have only came due to interest. Regardless of where they may have come from, they are here to enjoy their selves..
and hopefully that’s enough to keep them from destroying the place..
